We had an amazing stay and celebrated 2 landmark birthdays at Villa Anavaya recently (last week of February 2025). We booked the Villa through The Luxury Signature website. They were prompt in their responses and the process was smooth and stress free .

Villa Anavaya is a stunning property and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect with spectacular 360 degree views overlooking the sea and great amenities.

The staff were helpful, service excellent and the food was delicious. The Villa Manager provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience . Would definitely recommend the place.

A truly amazing villa with the most stunning views you can possibly imagine! We stayed with our family group of 8 and were blown away by the quality of the villa and the amazing team looking after us. Dej, the villa manager was super responsive and nothing was a problem for him and the food was superb. Breakfasts were continental style with delicious fruit, great coffee from a proper bean to cup machine and you could order any eggs you wanted. Lunch and dinner were chosen from a very good menu, covering both Thai and Western cuisine, every meal was of a very high quality. We also eat out a few times and Dej gave us some great recommendations including Prego, The Tent and Salt Society. All in all, a really fantastic family holiday and we’re already planning a revisit for 2025!

This Villa has been one of the best I have ever stayed in, incredible views and facilities. The house is beautifully designed and the entire compound is fantastic. The house staff is very professional and has provided a top service throughout the entire stay. I can only recommend a stay here!

This place is just AMAZING!!! We just had our first family trip after being locked down in Bangkok for 6months from COVID19. This is by far one of the best villa we’ve ever been. I’m truly impressed with facilities, the interior, the hospitality and the food here.
